why hello there, stranger.i think my little brother thinks i’m stupid or something
my parents are out for the night, so it’s just me and my brother. i was reading for most of the afternoon while he was “watching tv.”
he’s been forbidden from going on the computer until he gets his act together, but since my parents aren’t here to police him as strictly he’s on there every second he can. we have a time lock on the computer that is supposed to prevent him from getting on when my parents don’t want him to, but he’s figured out a way around it that lets him on whenever he wants.
of course, he doesn’t think i know about this. he thinks i can’t hear him typing and clicking away on combat arms or maplestory all evening, only to quickly power off the monitor and dash to the armchair near the computer whenever he hears me coming down the stairs.
i mean seriously, if he’s going for “ninja,” he’s failing miserably.
the last time i walked down there i said to him nonchalantly, “so you’re off the computer?” and being nervous as he was, he replied, “no the computer’s been on since last night, daddy turned it on!” yeah, totally not suspicious. then i told him that i knew he was playing on the computer and he shouldn’t even try to pretend he’s not, and in return i got a deer-in-the-headlights expression, hahah.
