why hello there, stranger.PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
It doesn’t matter what college you get into or get rejected from. It’s what you do at the school you ultimately end up attending. Rejection sucks, but it doesn’t prove that you’re not valued as a person. It’s up to you to pull up your pants and move on forward.
college will be what i make of it.
the beginning of my college experience is not turning out how i was hoping it would, but that doesn’t mean i can’t make the best of it. it’s up to me to decide to enjoy my time and use it well, and wherever i end up, i know that it is in my power to be successful.
as two wise friends told me today, chin up! this too shall pass.
