WOO GUESS WHO IS GOING TO COLLEGE? I AM! first acceptance!
now, uop isn’t my first choice, but it’s my mother’s alma mater, which is very cool. she actually chose uop over berkeley when she was picking colleges. they have a good science program, which i would be taking advantage of with a biological sciences major. the campus is gorgeous and they have a really amazing music program as well. along with my acceptance, i also got a $10,000 renewable scholarship—they want me bad enough to try to entice me with large amounts of money.
it’s a good feeling, being accepted. it’s validation that my hard work in high school is finally starting to come to fruition.
